Sierra is Mental Health Counseling Masters Intern from Pace University committed to providing holistic and empathic counseling to clients. She is especially interested in working with adolescents and couples but is excited to counsel those from all ages and stages! She subscribes to an integrative therapeutic approach utilizing mindfulness and other person-centered/humanistic modalities, focused on individuals’ strengths and potential for positive mental health changes. She believes that the practice of mental health counseling should be accessible to all, and is thrilled to be part of that change!
